I’m overweight and would love to lose about 20 to 30 pounds. I love to eat. I have successful tried not to eat fast food a lot. But I’m really not into the whole health food stuff. I also do some exercise but not a lot like I should be. My friend is crazy about that and I know that is not for me. What can I do to lost weight but its not harmful and easy.
